Yep, you read that right. Forget about seven, there is no single reason to listen to the devil.(sorry for the click bait - please take into consideration my good intentions and forgive me.)
Did you catch that? THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING THE DEVIL IS TELLING YOU. After all, why would you want to listen to someone called "the Father of lies" by Jesus (John 8:44) Himself?
But the sad part is, many of us still listen to the devil everyday and buy into his lies. We prefer the lies of the father of lies over what our Father in heaven says. Here are some results of listening to those lies.

Dirty thoughts

Feelings of inferiority

Discouraging thoughts
Feelings of bitterness
Things didn't go so well for the couple(and us) in Eden, when they bought the devil's lies. From your own past experience, you would have understood that every time you listened to the devil, things didn't end well. Listening to the devil doesn't take you anywhere. Replace the lies with the Truth. May the Truth of God's word set us free - everyday.
